Brown investigated the probabilistic expression of yarns with different fiber length distributions, combining the yarn unevenness and the constituent fiber length distribution[5]. Zeidman at el studied the factors influencing yarn irregularity and discussed the control methods[6]. Yan constructed a binomial model for the yarn unevenness and gave the relation between yarn unevenness and the number of fibers in yarn cross section, making a new result for the limit yarn unevenness[7]. All the research above can serve as an important reference for the study and simulation of cotton screen.
